I should have around 145 rollover pages for 12/7 - 1/6. What happened to my rollover pages?
Thank you.

Hi @burch2ride ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I don't have real-time access to your specific printer or account information, but I can provide some general guidance on common issues related to missing rollover pages on HP printers.
To assist better:
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
If you believe there is an issue with your rollover pages, here are a few steps you can take:
Check Account Status: Ensure that your printer's account or subscription is active and in good standing. Sometimes, issues can arise if there are problems with the account or if it's not properly linked to your printer.
Verify Page Count: Confirm the page count for the specified period (12/7 - 1/6) to ensure that the correct number of pages has been recorded. You may be able to check this information through the printer's control panel or by logging into your HP Instant Ink account online.
Check for Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware and software are up to date. Sometimes, issues with page count tracking can be resolved by updating the printer's firmware or the HP Smart app.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
