Missing set up cartridges HP envy 5055

Hi there,

I purchased my hp printer from Amazon in February and am just now getting it hooked up to use and I am missing the ink set up cartridges. I purchased new hp 65 cartridge's and am getting a message that says install set up cartridges. How do I bypass this please. I really need to use my printer ASAP and am not able or have $  to get a new one.

Setup ink cartridges go with the printers, which are designed to initialize the printer. These ink cartridges are not available in stores.

Let us perform a reset in order to bypass this error.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
