Missing six month Instant Ink free trial, only offered one month

The printer comes with a six month free trial to Instank Ink, but on sign up I've only been offered one month. I can't see any codes or links or information how to get the six months, and this was one of the reasons we bought the printer. How can I get my six month trial?
