* When your printer is not connected to the Internet for an extended period of time, monitoring is interrupted

* If you try again later, and the printer status is still Offline

 

 

My Plan : FREE plan for 15 pages a month

 

I wasn't home for 20 days.
I can print now( I just printed 4 sheets ) but Instant web and my printer can not connected.
How should I solve this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Restart your wireless router, the printer, and the PC.

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet. Tap on the wireless icon on the printer to check the wireless status of the printer.

The blue wireless light should be steady.
