Hi, I have cancelled my account in the UK (as advised by HP Chat). Have tried many times to change my billing details/create new account in Spain in order to sign up for Instant ink. I’m going round in circles as I keep getting the message ‘already have account ( UK address) an no option to change to Spain. Any advice on hat to do please.

@CaroleG2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are trying to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink after moving to a different country. Kindly use a new email address for the account.

Use the new claim code on the printer to enroll.

Thanks for the advice. Have tried to open a new account in Spain using another email address. Unfortunately, HP system still says I already have an account (in the UK) and insists I sign in. Why so complicated?
