HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

My 8610e printer will not connect to instant ink.
It does connect to my Wireless router, and I can print / scan using the network.

I am annoyed that you have closed a ticket for this already without fixing the issue.

Disappointed in HP, paying for instant ink, will have to consider cancelling soon and moving to another brand of printer.

Suggest you try harder with customer service!

I feel like this is a server error on HP's part - ours is doing the same and we have changed nothing in our network set up - it's connected to the internet, we rebooted our router, did all the things (unplug, turn off turn on etc., etc.) to the printer.  And still the same.  Annoying at the least, but I run a small craft business and need this to print orders  - worst time for it to happen.  It last Synced Dec 4, 2022

Mine last sync'd on 21st Nov. I use Sky broadband and have in the past had issues with Sky over cautiously blocking sites. If you have an idea of what port(s) or web domain it uses I could try making sure they are open. I'm particularly annoyed because I had a ticket open, someone was supposed to message me on Friday. No-one got in touch and then my ticket was closed. More annoying because the printer is good, instant ink is a good deal for me.
