HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My 8700 had ~900 pages left when the print head quit working. I bought a 2700 so I could print. I added the 2700 to my Instant Ink account.  Now I have no pages, and several full ink cartridges for the 8700 that I would like reconciled.

Hi @Cyndee50,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to lose access to your remaining pages after switching printers, especially when you still have full ink cartridges for your previous HP OfficeJet 8700.

"Please let me know—did you simply add the printer to the same subscription, or did you also change the plan? If you switched to a lower plan, any accumulated rollover pages would be removed."

To help you better, please do share the old and new printer serial numbers so I can try to check with the plan and can help you better.

I hope this information helps.

Take care and have a good day.
