My Black Ink is not printing and my color ink is faded

My black ink is not printing at all and my colored ink is very faded.  I need ink cartridges for both and I have just been getting the runaround on the HP site.  The virtual assistant is a joke.  In fact, it is no help at all.  I'm not paying $3.25 monthly for this BS.  How hard is it to get on the **bleep** phone and just answer someone's question?  My printer is working fine, but when I try to print the page comes out blank.  No ink on the page.  I haven't received a new cartridge since April of last year.  On my account page it says that I don't need cartridges.  But I do.  I haven't received cartridges in a year.  Send me my cartridges, or I will cancel along with many others who I'm sure have canceled.  Your service is F...up by the way.

@Joy525, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Instant Ink will send you replacement ink cartridges if the ink cartridges you have installed in the printer are low or empty. You will not receive ink cartridges monthly.

 

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a quality report as shown in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
