My CC was billed over two weeks ago. What is the norm for delivery times?

My CC was billed over two weeks ago.  What is the normal delivery time for cartridges.  I live in WI.

@B32J The normal delivery of cartridges happens when the ink is low on your device, do you know why it was billed, did you check your account status, if not here's something you need to know about the HP Instant Ink service (unless, this isn't what your referring to, please mention what billing are you referring to)

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
