Product: HPDeskJet 2600 All In One Series

If I look it up on the website it says it is eligible but when I try and find it on the section to sign up it isn't one of the ones listed.

What is the exact model of the HP printer you are using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Deskjet 2600 is a series of printers.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Provide the information in your next post to help you better.

Alternatively, you may send the serial number of the printer in a private message. (Do not post in public)
