HP Recommended

Printer keeps going offline. Use Diagnose and fix then they say "test print" nothing happens. I have from time to time got it back on myself. Today it refused to copy stuff. Just sent the paper through blank. I think they are punishing me for stopping my regular ink payment because I found I was paying much more than the ink I used was worth. Today cannot print because it won;t go back on line neither wuill it copy. Just bought a new Epson printer from =Amazon.
