Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Office Jet Pro 6970 will not print the color BLUE. It comes out as in a PINKish color. Have cleaned ink cartridge contacts, and done all the other things recommended in the troubleshooting guide. I am using an InstantInk cartridge that came with the printer.
