HP OfficeJet 6962 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I received cartridges in May, promptly lost them and forgot them when they fell off my desk. I wondered why I was having issues printing in August. Well, I decided that I had not received  cartridges when I needed them from HP, so I ordered another set. I received them, changed cartridges, per usual, and I still could not print.  I cleaned the printer heads, thinking that that was the problem. I still couldn't print anything out. Then, I miraculously found the other cartridges. changed cartridges again, following directions, of course, and still cannot print. Is it me, HP instant ink, or my printer that is at fault?

What is the nature of "stopped printing"?  Are there any error messages?  Will the printer make copies correctly?  Is black or color not printing? If there are no error messages but the printer will not print black or color correctly the troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the issue.
