While I was in the middle of a big printing project, my printer starts giving me this message. It completely stopped printing. I went into my account and realized that my credit card expiration date had changed to a date in the future. I absolutely could not print despite having 12 cartridges available! That means they're going to stick me with a bunch of cartridges should I decide to go on vacation or print less or whatever. On top of that, the program is telling me that it may 24 hours to update. I'm not a happy camper.

Thank you. I just want to add that Check with www.hpinstantink.com is too vague. I think folks expect the worst. Maybe the message should say "check/update your payment info". I was working on that Saturday and needed to print right then. Surely HP diagnostics can update with more detail.
