My HP instant ink account does not show me the used pages and has not synced since Dec 3rd any idea

HP ENVY Photo 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer HP ENVY Photo 6234 seems set up correctly but my instant ink acc. does not show used pages so I have no idea what I've used it hasn't synced since early Dec. anyone any ideas. It shows online and attempts to sync but nothing shows on used pages
