My Hp 2622 series won't print a full A4 page or photo

I can't seem to print a full A4 page it cuts out 1/4 of the way even though my phone tells me it is still printing. It has also happened when I try to print photos. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

1.) Are you trying to print from AirPrint or Android?

2.) Are you experiencing the same issue while making a copy as well?

3.) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

While you respond to that, please refer to this document with steps to fix the Print Quality Issue

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hi there. Thank you for getting back to me. I am printing from my android phone. And trying to print off a pdf document. It does sometimes print off a page but when I tried to print off a 8 page document it will only print off 1.5 pages.
