my printer is HP Officejet Pro 8610 ,  i have tried to connect it with my wifi (Hitron), however, it failed many times and its result was MAC address is filtering my printer to connect it. I have tried to look on my wifi router profile, however, still dont know what to do to solve this problem, if anyone have experienced this problem before, please give me some instruction

What is the exact error message when you try and connect a printer?

 

Could you please print a network configuration page and share it with me?

  • Load plain white paper into the input tray.
  • On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon, and then touch the Settings icon.
  • Touch Print Reports, and then touch the Network Configuration Page. A Network Configuration Page prints
