My Hpofficejet 5200series printer won't print again

Example: HP officeJet 5230

My HP officeJet Printer keeps popping up notifications for me to reinstall catridges,which i did shut the printer down nd reinstalled the catridges..Same thing keeps popping up and also now shows that my coloured ink is empty... i can't print at all.. I have registered for the instank ink ..how do i get these problems resolved as soon as possible .Thanks
