Hi

The magenta cartridge on my printer is faulty.  I have followed all the troubleshooting tips and because it's not empty, I can find no way of getting a replacement.

 

I've have cleaned the heads about 6 times (waste of paper and ink in the other cartridges) but if anything, it is now worse.

 

How do I get a replacement?

Thanks.  I fot a notification yesterday that new cartridges are on their way so hopefully that will fix it.
