Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using my ENVY 5030 Instant Ink printer for a year with no trouble. Suddenly the color cartridge will not work anymore. It says there is a problem with the cartridge. I have tried cleaning the contacts with water and a lint free cloth.  This did not help. I have tried hard power cycling the printer. Also with no improvement. I am able to limp along in single cartridge mode, if I remove the color cartridge. But I would like to get back to normal printer operation including color output. Please let me know how I can request a replacement Instant Ink supply.
