I turned off my printer and router for a couple of hours and now my printer is not working.  It is on line but the ink levels are not showing, I can see in my instant ink account I can see the the Instant Ink is "Disabled".  Cannot find anyway to enable ink.  We have tried turning everything, printer and router, on and off.  The router is giving us internet -  have tried taking the printer off and putting it back on.
