For a while now my printer won’t print anything. It says ‘remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
if this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge’
I’ve obviously removed and reinserted but nothing’s happened and i don’t know what else to try. I can’t replace the cartridge as it’s with instant ink and I haven’t been sent any new ones.
It’s impossible to get through to a human, this service is absolutely shocking!

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
