I'm using under the page limit in my account every month, but I have zero roll over pages. I thought the left over pages would go to my roll over pages.

Hi @ChrisG9999,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand your concern regarding rollover pages in your Instant Ink plan. You're using fewer pages than your monthly allowance, but you're seeing zero rollover pages in your account. We’d be happy to clarify how this works.

How Rollover Pages Work

HP Instant Ink allows you to roll over unused pages each month—but only up to a limit based on your plan.

  • Rollover pages accumulate up to 3 times your monthly page allowance.
    For example:
    • If you're on a 100-page plan, you can save up to 300 rollover pages.
    • If you're on a 50-page plan, the max is 150 rollover pages.

Once you've reached your rollover limit, any unused pages beyond that are discarded and will not be added to your account.

How Long Do Rollover Pages Stay?

  • Rollover pages don’t expire monthly but are used before your monthly allowance if you go over in a future month.
  • However, the maximum stored is capped—you won’t keep accumulating pages indefinitely.
  • As soon as your rollover total reaches the cap, the system will stop adding more until you use some.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
