HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

So my account has been suspended for a couple of weeks. I have the proof that I paid it but its not showing up in HPs system. I guess its an error on HPs  part. I have a screen shot from my bank account that says the transaction went through on the 2nd Of June. Now my HP account says it didn't but my bank says its a completed transaction. I called customer support and told the lady I had proof and I could email it to her but then all of a sudden she couldn't help me because the "system was down" which I don't believe. It was close to closing time when I called. She said it did show the payment and then she said it didn't. Now I am stuck..... I have cancelled my instant ink subscription, when I did that it said I could still print till June the 22nd. It says my account is current.... I don't understand what's going on here but I really think I need an email to send the proof to so HP can give me my money back.. This is ridiculous.
