I can’t print anything because it says that a problem has occurred with my HP account and I will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. I checked my account and there is no problem, I even updated my billing but it still doesn’t work. I have enough inkt and I don’t understand why it wouldn’t print anything.
Can you please help me?
