Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Envy 5020 printer. I have an account and I'm very pleased with everything so far.

My question is this, I have changed my plan from £4.49 to £2.99, I have found that I'm being charged £1, there's no reason given anywhere.  I tried to see if I could contact HP but there are no phone numbers. Has anyone else found themselves in a similar situation?

 

I just wanted to say that at last I have found a telephone number to ring HP.
