I had a problem with my toner, so I didn't print for many (almost a year) months.

I contacted the customer service and they shipped new toner. They are yet to arrive.

 

But I just realized that my accumulated pages disappeared. I have 0.

Why and how did it happen? 

I didn't use them and I have a right to accumulate pages by the subscription

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink account rollover pages that have disappeared.
