HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

I'm HP instantink user and the black cartridge don't work more. On display there is a Message.:insert the cartridge or it not recognized in printer.

I test a old cartridge and it work with not problem but was to 0 %ink.

All process (shutdown for 60 seconds from home power and hard reset) not resolved the problem.

Anyone, Can you help me?

 

I contact the support from WhatsApp how write on site, but from 3 day not solve.

Friday at one o clock pm, I write my problem but no reply.

Today, Monday, no reply. The I write other message and 1 operator after many minute write I must repeat procedure. At about 3 o'clock pm send me to other operator Saiteja from India and, after specicated my problem with all process he another write me must do shutdown, remove cartridge, etc. But from answer and other 15or more minute(in a moment 30 min...). At 17.35 no more reply. Nothing: no "sorry it's latenfor work" or no other reply.

If I write the cartridge of instant ink program have a problem and I write all process on site not solve and if a change a cartridge with old solve a problem how many time need for understanding the cartridgein no more good? why yet not give me a solution after 3hours or 5 hours?

I love HP and instantink, I not use the assistance, but when need, it is disappointed and stressed.

PS1: On this forum you write more fast and check solve really .

PS2: sorry for my English grammar.

I understand the replacement instant ink is not working on your printer and you are getting an error message as well.
