My black cartridge shows that it is empty, Have not received new cartridges since July of 2018

I just had a problem yesterday that that I couldn't print a label that needed to be mailed ASAP,  When I sign into my instant Ink account it showed my black is was out but I haven't received a new ink cartridge since I can't remember when.  I needed to run out the the store and buy a  black ink cartridge .  All I can say is instant ink you guys let me down.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet for the Instant Ink servers to monitor the ink levels and ship the ink cartridges when required.

 

What model printer are you using?
