- Use the printer’s menu or HP Smart app to perform a printhead alignment. This can help resolve alignment issues that might affect printing.
Clean the Printhead:
- Use the printer’s cleaning utility to clean the printhead. This can help clear any blockages or clogs that might be preventing ink from flowing.
Inspect the Printhead:
- If your printer has a removable printhead, take it out and clean it gently with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water. Ensure the printhead is completely dry before reinserting it.
Check for Firmware Updates:
