My cartridges run out very fast and I only printed like 50 pages. It run out in just 2 days.

Hi about 2 days ago I bought my HP Envy 5010 printer and it came with 2 free cartridges I have been using it for just 2 days but it run out very fast. I just printed approximately 50 pages and now there is no ink. Can someone tell me what is happening please? If this continues I rather buy ink from another place which lasts longer. I am enrolled in HP instant ink should I cancel my subscription? Thank you 🙏 for helping.
