Hi @Jeff1888,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can manage your HP Instant Ink account to pause or adjust your service until you receive a replacement cartridge. Here's how you can handle the situation:

**1. Pause Instant Ink Service

A. Log into HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your HP account credentials.

B. Navigate to Account Settings:

  • Once logged in, go to the Account or Profile section.

C. Pause or Adjust Service:

  • Look for options related to managing your service. You may find an option to Pause or Suspend your service temporarily. This will prevent further charges and shipments until you resume the service.

D. Confirm Changes:

  • Make sure to save any changes you make. You might receive a confirmation email about the service change.

It seems like your HP printer is configured to work with HP Instant Ink. I will need a few additional details to help you with this.

I request you to share all the details in a private message.
