My color ink is running out and have not received a new cartridge.

i can access the instant ink link  it gives me a message saying i can not access the site

You can ring 02076606027 option 2 (UK). But you are wasting your time as I have had 3 shipments of ink arranged in the last month and none have left the supplier. They promise you they will sort it but achieve nothing. Absolutely appalling service. And a breach of contract.
