I have been with Hp Instant ink since 2014.
I run out off my coloured ink over 12 months ago and nothing has been sent since. They keep sending me only the black cartridge replacement.
That is really frustrating, especially when that there is no way of contacting them directly. They keep changing me monthly for the service though.
That is unacceptable.
If I don't receive the coloured cartridge by the end of this month I am planning to cancel the service.
