My envy 5661 can’t print proportionaly on paper, it starts from one third of the page

My HP envy5661 printerCannot print proportional on paper, It starts from the third of the page in the bottom cannot finish print the rest of it .what should I do?

• Are you trying to print from a computer or a mobile device?
• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Align the printer

1. Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

   The Setup menu displays.

3. Swipe the display down, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

4. Touch Align Printer.

5. After the printer prints the alignment page, touch OK, and then recycle or discard the alignment page.

6. Try to print.
