My envy 7640 is out of ink and will not order more

HP Envy 7640
Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

My printers shows my ink is totally out and will not allow me to print. It keeps showing the error remove and reinstall ink cartridge. My instant ink account shows that I should be great on ink. Chat is currently not available! I use this for work! Help!
