Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

My instant ink cartridge is only printing blue and not any other colors. I have a shipment in for 1 cartridge of color but I need to report this broken one and get a replacement so I do not run out and have to wait for another shipment. Help!!
