My ink has not arrived although it’s showing as shipped

My first replacement cartridges are showing as shipped on 3 January but haven’t arrived - no tracking number is showing. I have no black ink and as I need to urgently print some paperwork, I’ve annoying had to buy a cartridge. I suppose using this will mess up the Instant ink system though. Is everyone having this issue? Thanks.

Have same issue, shipped 3/1/21, no tracking details.  Well past ten day delivery estimate.

 

Impossible to get support re issue from HP.  Virtual assistant goes round in circles.

 

Very disappointing.  Will probably cancel subscription as service is unreliable.
