My ink ran out and the printer just put out blank pages. My account is charged for pages printed.

HP Recommended
Office Jet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I attempted to print some documents and although my Instant Ink account said my ink was ok, it ran out and just spit out blank pages. My account says I printed pages although there were several pages with no printing on them. Is there a way to resolve this and roll back the number of printed pages so I won't be limited?
