Are your cartridges running low (or depleted)? The Instant Ink program monitors your ink levels and will send ink as needed. It aims to send ink when you have two months left of ink at your subscription level usage. The Instant Ink cartridges typically hold more ink than standard or XL cartridges.
The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
