Envy 5030 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I sign in to my instant ink account when  I hit the’ contact my printer’ icon it ends up saying unable to connect to printer.


As a result I am unable to find out how many pages I have printed in my account’s status page. 

I have been trying to connect for several days now.

 

The printer’s wireless connection light is on and I am able to print documents wirelessly.

I understand you are not able to check the information on the Instant Ink account. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

If the issue persists, perform steps from 1 to 6 mentioned in this document - 'Connect Printer to Update Status' Message Displays

 

If the above did not help, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have tried the solutions outlined in your reply and they have not worked.

 

I have switched router, printer and computer off and back on.


i also followed the steps one to six from the link you sent.

 

I also have uninstalled and reinstalled web services on the printer itself.

 

The printer is connected to the internet and will print wirelessly fine, so I still am at a loss as to why it won’t connect to my Instant ink account.

Is there anything else I  can  do?
