I have to download my Instant Ink invoice for the period 28th August 2022 to 27th September 2022.

On the 1st of October 2022 I received an email from HP Instant Ink telling me that my most recent billing cycle had just ended, and that my invoice total had been charged to my credit card.  On the 2nd of October when I went to the 'Print and Payment History Page' the invoice was shown as 'Preparing' instead of 'Download'. When I hovered my mouse over the 'Preparing' link the message 'Check back in 24 hours for download' was displayed.  It is now 6:31 GMT on 3rd October and the problem is still there.

Why can't I download the invoice?
