My new 9014e came with a 9 month free trail but when activated it only gave me 2 months

 My new 9014e printer stated both on the box and in the literature inside the box that the free trial for instant ink was for 9 months.  When I completed product registration and activation of the trial it only added 2 months! I factored in the cost saving of 9 free months of instant ink into the purchase decision of buying a more expensive printer.  Very frustrating.
