Hi I'm on the instant ink program. I just recently received my black HP cartridge and my tricolor cartridge. I just tried to install them last night and I could not get them to work properly. I tried everything... literally everything. So I replaced my printer with the old cartridges that still had a little bit of ink in them and now my printer prints fine. How do I return these defective cartridges and get them replaced with working cartridges?

I signed up for the HP Ink program about a month ago. My first billing cycle apparently reported that I printed over 150 pages!!! I'm just by myself at home and there's absolutely no way that I printed over 150 pages. I was charged $14 and the same time that I called and disputed this charge. No one reached out to me after I was promised someone would after I spoke with a HP CSR and disputed this charge. I need to have someone to communicate with me regarding this dispute.
