Solved!

My payment for instank ink has been cancelled without explanation.

Hi,

 

I signed up for instant ink when i received my printer last week, to claim my free months.  I have received an email today to say my PayPal billing instruction has been cancelled.  I tried signing up again but there is no mention of the free months?

 

Any suggestions?
