My printer Jet pro 6970 will not accept a yellow ink cartridge. I am on the third printer.

I bought a printer at Staples on 4/23/19. It worked fine until May.  I tried to install new ink cartridges and the printer would not take the yellow cartridge.  I bought a new cartridge and it still refused the ink. I bought a third set and tried again. It did not accept it again,  I contacted hp and they sent me a replacement printer. The first time that I put the ink cartridges in the printer it refused them. I received another printer from HP and returned the second printer.  The THIRD printer refuses the ink . I have no printer that works.  I need it for the artwork that I create. I do not want another printer like the one I have. A different model would be my choice. I want to have the problem solved before my warrant runs out. If you don't want to send me a different printer, please have the current picked up and returned to you.  I will also take a refund of $69.99 that I paid to Staples. I can verify that amount.

@shipit I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
