My printer has finally packed up. I have ordered a new one but a different model. Can i continue with my current instant ink subscription but I’m concerned the cartridges I currently use will be different as I have unused ones

The Instant Ink / subscription cartridges should be removed from the dead printer and returned to HP.

 

Recycle HP Instant Ink Cartridges / Subscription Cartridges

 HP Instant Ink - Recycle HP Instant Ink Cartridges

 

Next,

You can move your account to your new Instant Ink eligible printer.

Section Replace an enrolled printer
