Hi, 

 

I canceled my membership with the HP Instant Ink program several months ago but when I try to re-enroll with was give me an error message saying "This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program. You may contact HP Instant Ink Support for further assistance." 

 

I even tried adding a new printer but I still get the same error message.

 

Can anyone help?

Perhaps the printer is no longer eligible for Instant Ink - it happens.

The list of eligible printers is available at the main website - select your country and check the list.

and

The Terms of Service contract - that you can read without having a subscription - includes contact information.

Thank you for your comment but when I check from the HP Instant ink website it says that my printer is eligible. Please see the below screenshot. Furthermore, I'm unable to contact customer service as they are not contactable during weekends as during weekdays I'm at work and not near the printer plus customer services are closed by the time I reach home.
