Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

My printer is no longer recognizing the tricolor instant ink cartridge that's installed. My instant ink dashboard says to clean or replace the cartridge. I've tried to clean the cartridge,  but the printer still doesn't recognize it, and my HP app says that a new cartridge won't be mailed to me until I've resolved this problem.  Does anyone know how I can request a replacement?
