I have same problem with my 5 month old HP ENVY 6455e All in One purchased in November 2022.

 

Tried the HP Scan Doctor, Virtual Chat with no success but was sent to a link where I could "purchase" HP support. I thought HP would support their own products. I have spent my whole day on this and hope someone here can help.
